The recording guides you through the full practice: the physical preparation, the blessing of the earth, the meditation itself, and a proper close and grounding at the end. Following the voice keeps the sequence and timing intact.

The digital version suits anyone outside Cairns, anyone who would rather not wait for the post, and the many households that no longer own a CD player.

Not recommended for children under sixteen, or during pregnancy.
