Rose quartz is the stone most associated with the heart in the crystal traditions, and it is among the stones used in Pranic Crystal Healing. Practitioners work with spheres in particular because a sphere has no direction: it radiates evenly in every direction rather than along an axis, which suits it to a room, a desk or an altar as well as to hands on practice.

Trained practitioners will know how they intend to use it. If you are not trained, it is a perfectly good object simply to have: on a windowsill, on a bedside table, or in your hand while you sit.
