Learning is usually described as adding something. He puts the emphasis on the other half of the transaction, which is the half people skip. Room has to be made first, and making room means giving up a position you have held and possibly defended.

The design carries a butterfly in full iridescent colour above a dark, textured ground, with the words set in clean spaced capitals across the middle. The image is doing the same job as the words: the butterfly is what happens when the previous form is given up entirely.

It suits a classroom, a study, a therapy room or an office where people are asked to change their minds for a living.
