Almost everyone in the West can recite the Lord’s Prayer. Very few have ever used it as a meditation.

This recording guides you through it as exactly that. Rather than reciting the prayer through at speed, you are taken line by line, resting with each phrase long enough for it to open. Master Choa Kok Sui taught that the prayer is arranged deliberately, and that each line corresponds to a level of a person’s inner make up. Practised slowly, it becomes a complete meditation rather than a familiar form of words.
