Om Namo Rama Om is addressed to Rama, who in the Vedic tradition stands for right conduct: the person who does the difficult correct thing rather than the easy convenient one. It is recited by practitioners working on steadiness, integrity and follow through, which are unglamorous qualities and the ones most spiritual paths quietly depend on.

The recording is a plain, steady recitation. Recite along with it as a practice in its own right, or leave it playing quietly through a room or a car.
