We want you to be happy with what you buy from Pranic Healing Cairns. If something is not right, get in touch and we will sort it out.
Change of mind
If you simply change your mind, you can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided it is:
- unused and in its original condition
- in its original packaging, unopened where the packaging is sealed
- in a resaleable state
Return postage for change of mind returns is at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Sealed CDs and audio downloads cannot be returned for change of mind once opened or downloaded, because the content itself cannot be returned.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including the original postage and the cost of returning it. You do not need the original packaging for this.
This sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which nothing on this page limits. You are always entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Courses and healing sessions
Course fees and healing appointments are not covered by this page. If you need to cancel or move a booking, please contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you. Course materials already supplied are not refundable.

Tell us your order number, what you are returning and why, and we will confirm where to send it. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item arriving back with us.
