At the heart of Pranic Healing Level 1 is learning techniques which improve the daily quality of your life and alleviate suffering. Anything in life that disturbs us from stress, fear, sadness and frustration, dims the luminous light of our energy. This causes an imbalance full of holes and greyish energies which in the long run, manifest as pain, discomfort, physical and psychological problems.

Description
