At the heart of the Pranic Healing (Level 1) Course is learning techniques which improve the daily quality of your life and alleviate suffering. Anything in life that disturbs us from stress, fear, sadness and frustration, dims the luminous light of our energy. This causes an imbalance full of holes and greyish energies which in the long run, manifest as pain, discomfort, physical and psychological problems.

All beings have an energy field around them, often known as the aura which looks like a luminous ball of light and works like a battery to keep our bodies healthy, happy and in a good shape. Description
This two-day course will equip you with the essential skills required to enable you to practise self-healing. The various methods of cleaning and energising the aura and chakras will be covered and you will be shown how these can be introduced to your daily life.
